I am writing to express my concern regarding the care my 3-year-old child received during a recent dental visit. During the appointment, the doctor did not demonstrate the level of patience and understanding that is essential when treating a young child. As a result, my child became distressed, and the overall experience was uncomfortable and upsetting. At this age, children require a gentle, compassionate, and specialized approach, especially in a dental setting. Unfortunately, this standard was not met, and it raised serious concerns about the quality of care provided. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and addressed to ensure that other young patients receive the appropriate care and attention they deserve.

Amazing experience! My grandkids come here and the staff is always so kind and patient. The dentist makes them feel comfortable and calm every visit. The office is clean, welcoming, and very kid-friendly. Highly recommend!

Been coming here since my siblings and I were little and now we take our kids here. We love it they do as well, the staff is very friendly, compassionate, and caring. Absolutely love!!

The staff is amazing and caring. Story time so I forgot to confirm my appointment but showed up. They were full with their appointments that confirmed. The yamila told me one second she going see what she can do. Next thing I know my daughter is called back to be seen. That is excellent service and care!! Btw my children been seen this office since babies!!
